Ministry of Justice prepared a Draft Law on Justice for Children.
In preparing the Draft Law on Justice for Children, Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Finance, Secretariat for Legislation, Public Institution - Institute for Social Affairs, UNICEF, courts and public prosecutors were consulted .
Ministry of Justice informs all stakeholders that they can download an electronic version of the Draft Law on Justice for Children and templates for assessing the impact of regulations, i.e. Form 1 and 2.
